Nicole Augustine

Nicole Muzette Augustine, is the creator and founder of RIZE Consultants, Inc. In the early 1980s, Nicole was born in Inglewood, California amidst the infamous "crack epidemic" in America. This was her first exposure to social injustice, racial inequity, and the traumatizing origins of many people of color in the United States. Her tale is one of resilience and opportunity, as she soon moved on from Inglewood, to be raised in the more conservative and affluent town of Edmond, OK.

After experiencing the stark contrast of both living environments, she became intrigued by the core reasons for differences in community outcomes.

Nicole went on to pursue a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Cornell University, later receiving her Masters of Public Health from The George Washington University. RIZE was created to provide an opportunity for prevention professionals to be innovative partners and engaged stakeholders, leading the field, and committed to creating healthy and resilient communities
